2018 REFUND POLICY

Refund of registration fees are offered in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Prior to June 1, 2019, a full refund is available less a $25.00 processing fee for any member that registers before May 31, 2019.
  • From June 1 to July 31, 2019, 70% of the registration fee paid, is available for refund (no processing fee applies).
  • No refunds are available after August 1st except in the case of injury to participants during a football or cheer practice or game prior to the second scheduled regular season game.From August 1st until the date of the 2nd scheduled regular season game, a 50% refund of the registration cost is available to participants that have suffered a season-ending football or cheerleading related injury (no processing fee applies). The child will not be permitted to return as an active participant for the remainder of the season including any post-season competition. A doctor’s note stating the severity of the injury and prescribed period of inactivity is required
  • No refunds in any amount for any reason are available after the 2nd scheduled regular season game.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the PCYF&C Board. No refund requests will be accepted from members (participants or parents) that have been suspended from the league.  No refunds in any amount, for any reason, will be distributed until all equipment has been returned.
